How do I sell my items at ALLU?
You can make an appointment for an appraisal with our staff at one of our stores. You can also utilise our delivery or home appraisal services in some areas and locations. For more detailed information, please check our services page.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. We ask that customers make an appointment via WhatsApp first so we can make sure that the appraisal can go smoothly.
If I do sell my item, how do I receive my payment?
We commit to transferring funds to your bank account within 48 working hours when a purchase agreement is concluded.
Can I get a free appraisal/quote?
Yes, you can obtain a complimentary valuation by visiting our ALLU store.
What type of items can I sell?
Unlike most luxury goods buyers, we buy items of all varieties, including gold, platinum, gemstones, and brand items (jewellery, watches, bags, apparel etc). Please view the item lists on our website for more information.

What is required to sell at ALLU?
To complete a transaction, we need one of the following forms of identification.

Do selling prices vary from store to store?
No. All of our stores use the same standards for evaluation.
Will my privacy and confidentiality be protected?
Yes, of course. Please rest assured that your personal information and privacy will be kept strictly confidential. We take great care in handling customer information, and our store appraisals are conducted in private rooms.
How is the price of brand items decided?
We determine the price based on the listing and market price of the model and the condition of the item (scratches, fading, damage, loss of shape, etc.)
Can I still sell my item if I don’t have the warranty card or other accessories?
Yes, we can still buy your item without the accessories. However, we can offer a much higher price if the accessories are included, so please bring them if you have them.
Can I sell items that are broken or in poor condition?
We will appraise items that are broken, dirty, or in poor condition. It may be difficult to provide a price depending on the scratches, stains, or damage. Therefore, to be clear, we will only judge after evaluating the item in person at our store.
Can companies sell items at ALLU?
Yes. Corporate customers follow the same selling process as individual customers. No additional documentation is required.
If the battery is dead, should I replace it before selling it?
Please bring your watch without replacing the battery. At ALLU, our watch technicians perform maintenance such as overhauling and battery replacement in-house, which reduces the maintenance cost compared to the average consumer. Therefore, considering the price you pay to a maintenance store, it is more advantageous to bring your watch to ALLU as is.
Should I have my watch overhauled (maintained) before selling it?
Please bring your watch in its current condition. At ALLU, our watch technicians perform maintenance such as overhauling and battery replacement in-house, which reduces the maintenance cost compared to the average consumer. Therefore, considering the price you pay to a maintenance store, it is more advantageous to bring your watch to ALLU as is.
Can I sell customised watches?
Unfortunately, we do not purchase customised watches.
What percentage of the listing price can I sell new products?
The price isn’t determined as a percentage of the listing price but rather by various other factors, including market demand, condition of the item, and inventory status. We provide free appraisals and quotes, so please visit our store.
Can I sell watches without the accessories?
Yes, you can. If the watch is in good condition, we may be able to purchase it at a high price even without the included accessories.
Can I sell my broken watch?
Yes. Since we have in-house watch technicians, we can repair watches at a much lower price than taking your watch to a repair store. Therefore, we may be able to purchase your watch at a relatively high price, even if other stores would reject it based on its damaged state. We offer free consultations, so please feel free to visit our store.
Can I sell watches from brands not listed on your website or unbranded watches?
We buy all watches, regardless of the brand. The brands listed on our website are for reference. So. please do not worry if you do not find your brand listed. *Please note that we may be unable to offer a price for certain items.
If my watch is made of gold, will it be purchased as a watch or gold?
Depending on the item, we may appraise it as either a watch or gold, depending on whichever would benefit the customer more. We will provide an offer after seeing the item in person, so please feel free to come in for a consultation.
I forgot to bring the warranty card. Can I bring it later and sell it as a complete set?
Unfortunately, we would be unable to treat them as a complete item. We ask that you bring your watch together along with its accessories.
Where are Rolex protective films affixed?
They are affixed to both sides of the case, the back cover, and the buckle.
How is the value of gemstones determined?
We evaluate the gemstone’s type, quality, and condition (imperfections, damage, etc.) and set the price based on the current market price. The certificate of authenticity provides us with a helpful reference during our appraisal, so please don’t forget to bring that along with you.
Can I still have my gemstone appraised without a certificate of authenticity?
We will still appraise your gemstone even without a certificate of authenticity or relevant documents.
Can I sell old gemstones?
Yes. Since most gemstones do not deteriorate over time, many items can be sold at high prices years after their initial purchase. Please feel free to bring your gemstones in for a consultation.
Can I sell gemstones that were previously attached to a ring or necklace?
Yes. We also purchase loose gemstones, often at high prices. Please feel free to contact us if you possess any items you want to sell.
I’m not sure if my jewellery has gemstones or not. Can you appraise it for me?
Yes, we can. We can verify whether your jewellery matches the gemstone criteria, and if it does, it is eligible for purchase. Our experts carefully inspect your jewellery, and we will let you know the results of the appraisal free of charge. Please don’t hesitate to take advantage of our services.
Can I sell bags with brands not listed on your website or non-brand bags?

I have a bag that is broken and unusable. Can I still sell it?
At ALLU, we may be able to purchase your bag even if it is damaged to the point where other companies refuse to purchase it. We will provide a detailed decision after seeing it in person, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
Can I sell my vintage bag?
We welcome all bags regardless of their age. We aim to offer our customers the most competitive price, so please take advantage of our services.
I don’t have the warranty card, box, or storage bag. Can I still sell my bag?
We have extensive experience buying bags without accessories like the warranty card or storage bag, so please rest assured.
Can I sell off-season items? What is the best time to sell my off-season items?
We do buy off-season items. We recommend that you sell just before the item comes into season, as you will have the highest chance of receiving a high price.
Do you only buy unused apparel?
We appraise all types of shoes and clothing, used and unused. Please get in touch with us for more information if you are unsure.
Do you still buy clothes that are out of fashion, old, or have been used daily?
Yes, we assess all apparel, regardless of its age or condition. If you have more than one piece of clothing you wish to sell, we may be able to offer higher individual prices for each, so please bring them all to our store.
Does the price of clothes and shoes depend on the size?
The price we offer for clothes and shoes does vary with size. Our goal is to provide the highest possible price to our customers, so please bring your items in so we can inspect them in person.
I don’t have the warranty card, box, or storage bag. Can I still sell my item?
We have extensive experience buying items without accessories like the warranty card or storage bag, so please rest assured.
I cut off the tag of the item I’m looking to sell. Can you still buy it?
We will appraise the item even if the tags have been cut off. We will inspect your item to determine whether it meets our purchasing standards, so please do not hesitate to use our services.
